About Me
Hi! I'm Margo Ushakova. Let me tell you a bit of my story.
A few years ago, I went through a really tough time. I lost six people who were very close to me in just one year. My marriage was falling apart, and I felt like I wasn't connecting with my kids. I was so sad that some days I couldn't even get out of bed. I started to wonder what the point of my life was. Then, one day, I looked into my younger son's eyes and saw how much he needed my love. That made me realize that my love was important, and it gave me the strength to keep going.That moment changed everything for me. I started learning, got a job, fixed things with my kids, and found a way to deal with my depression. Even during the pandemic and the war in my country, I've been helping hundreds of people as a volunteer.
Now, I want to share what I've learned with the whole world. My mission is to guide people in discovering their inner course of energy, reclaiming their natural vitality, and ultimately achieving the goals that once felt out of reach.I truly believe that if even an introverted, exhausted, lost belief in her life Ukrainian girl could do it, so can you!

When I first met Margo in 2019, I had been through a nasty divorce after 38 years of marriage and 7 children. I had been hoping for 50% custody of the last 2 children. In an effort to keep me from getting any custody, I was accused of physical, mental and sexual assault on my own children. The result of the divorce is that I don't see any of my children or grandchildren.
I felt assaulted, slandered, betrayed and abandoned. I had difficulty in understanding how my wife of 38 years could do this to me. My health was adversely affected. I blamed her for ruining our family.
After spending time with Margo, I came to see this whole thing differently. I saw that I had made a prison for myself that I could never have escaped from on my own. Now I see, the steps my ex-wife took, gave me freedom that I could never have given to myself. Margarita helped me go from deep despair to having life again. For this, I will be forever grateful to Margo!

Before I talked to Margo I felt so overwhelmed and had No energy or desire to do anything, not even being with my family. ;( But Margo really gave me some great tools and insights that have helped me regain my energy, and made me much happier and I love to be with my family again. Last winter I lived like in a nightmare. I don't remember this period very well, and there's not much to remember - I left the house only for work, went to the shop on the way, and the rest of the time I sat at home, ate and grieved. There was no desire to do anything at all. After a while, I realized that I couldn't go on like this any longer, so I forced myself to shake things up a bit. Margo helped me a lot with it. After meeting with her for many times, I started doing light exercises, going out for a walk every day, started art therapy, started to socialize more with people. In general, I feel much better, some desires in life appeared, strength and energy started to grow. My mood has changed from depressed to emotionally calm, I have a taste for life and confidence in the future.
